Santé Communications Wins Major New Business Account
London, 12th July 2005
– Santé Communications today announced a major new business win with Baxter Healthcare UK. Santé will provide a communications programme for the BioScience division of what is one of Europe’s largest healthcare companies employing over 1100 people in the UK alone. The Bioscience division encompasses a range of state-of-the-art products from vaccines and surgical sealants to therapies for clotting disorders and has a firm commitment to ensuring patient safety. Santé will be implementing a multifaceted programme for the division with a remit that covers NHS policy, corporate awareness and brand support.

SMC Accepts Angiox™ use in Scotland
7th March, 2005, Glasgow
- Angiox™ (bivalirudin), a short-acting thrombin-specific anticoagulant, is now approved for restricted use in NHS Scotland in patients undergoing PCI procedures such as angioplasty, balloon angioplasty and percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PCTA) with stenting.
